Chicago-based DJ/producer Azzecca (Allie Decastris) fuses house, techno, acid, and cosmic sounds into high-energy, emotionally evocative sets that bridge euphoria and darkness. Raised in a musical household and trained on flute, bass, and piano, she transitioned from design into dance music during lockdown, launching Chicago’s female-friendly Dirty Disco nights and earning support from Diplo’s Higher Ground with her debut single “I’ve Been Waiting” and EP *Other Side*, both of which broke radio and streaming milestones. With festival highlights like HARD Summer and EDC Vegas, releases on Higher Ground, Realm, Maccabi House, and a forward-thinking DIY mindset (evident in her COSIMEA events and genre-defying productions), Azzecca is redefining the emotional and sonic possibilities of modern house.
