Hailing from the rugged neighborhood of Scampia in Naples, Deborah De Luca rose from club dancer and fashion student to become a globally revered techno dynamo. Her sound, melding hard-hitting techno with minimalist grooves and emotive melodic flourishes, has defined a new wave of Italian techno, and she’s maintained creative control through her label, Sola_mente Records, founded in 2013. Her debut album *Ten* (2018) and celebrated LP *She Sleeps* (2020) underscore her artistic depth, while live sets at historic venues like Château de Chambord for Cercle and her *Hard-Pop* album rollout (including a surprise Times Square performance) highlight her theatrical and boundary-pushing presence.
