Felix Angyumanu Nyajo, professionally known as salute, is a Viennese-born, Manchester-based non-binary producer and DJ signed to Ninja Tune. Emerging in their teens, they gained early attention with remixes of Aaliyah’s “Rock the Boat” and Sam Smith’s “Money on My Mind,” and later released acclaimed EPs, Lionheart, Condition I–III, Ultra Pool, and Shield, culminating in their debut album True Magic (2024), which hit No. 5 on the UK Dance Albums Chart. A fiercely thoughtful artist, salute champions inclusion in booking policies and blends soulful, UK garage-influenced house with emotional intensity, earning a place in global club circuits and playlists.
