Danny Chien, better known as Wax Motif, is an Australian-born, Los Angeles-based DJ/producer who has become a major force in G-House and house more broadly. Drawing from influences like R&B, disco, and UK bass, he blends dance floor swagger with melodic hooks and bass-driven intensity. After founding his own imprint Divided Souls Records in 2019, he dropped his debut album *House of Wax* in 2022 (which has racked up millions of streams), while his remixes and originals have been championed by big names like Diplo, Major Lazer, and AC Slater.
