Demuir is a Toronto-based DJ, producer, and label-owner whose eclectic house sound merges soul, groove, and jackin’ rhythms into deeply felt dance music. Raised playing multiple instruments from an early age (keys, bass, drums), he cut his teeth in Toronto’s underground scene, launching his imprint Purveyor Underground, and releasing music on respected labels like Hot Creations, Classic Music Company, and Magnetic Recordings. His recent EPs like *New Spirit / Ain’t No Stoppin’* and his trending live mixes (e.g. House of Yes) show his evolution as both a live performer and curator of underground house.
