Originally inspired by Detroit’s airwaves, Jason Kendig is a New York–based DJ and producer celebrated for his deep, timeless approach to house and techno. Beginning his career in the late 1990s with a residency at Detroit’s legendary Motor, Kendig went on to become a founding member of San Francisco’s Honey Soundsystem collective and a resident at Chicago’s Smart Bar. With over two decades of global touring, his sets blend classic Detroit grooves with forward-thinking club sounds, creating an elegant balance between nostalgia and innovation.
