California-born and now Brooklyn-based, Chuwee is a house DJ/producer and crate-digger with a vinyl-first approach. A resident with the BiTRaTE crew and a regular at Apollo Studio’s afterhours, he blends 90s house swing, disco inflections, and sleek club pressure. His productions have appeared on Mickey’s Laundry Line, including the VA debut “MK001” and later entries alongside labelmates, plus the club-tested single “S.E.X.X.Y.” with Chas Bronz premiered by Mixmag. Recent sets for Sunday Sessions LA underline his patient pacing, buoyant basslines, and feel-good, late-night sensibility.
