Black Pomade is a DJ and producer originally from Milan, Italy, now based in New York City after establishing himself in the Lisbon club circuit. His sound draws heavily from Chicago house and New York disco, characterized by a blend of analog synths, groovy basslines, and syncopated rhythms. He is the founder of the Ruínas collective and the Whoopee party series, and he manages the vinyl-only edit series Manzo Edits. His discography includes releases on labels such as Last Forever Records, Wilson Records, and Rollover Milano. He has performed internationally across Europe and Asia, with notable residencies at MusicBox Lisbon.
