About Rippit

Rippit is NYC's community-driven EDM discovery platform. We help fans discover events, venues, and artists; read and write authentic reviews; engage in community discussions; and follow curated recommendations from trusted voices in the scene. Rippit is designed for fans, artists, venues, and organizers who want to be more connected to the New York City electronic music community.

By accessing or using Rippit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Rippit. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Rippit to:

• ✕Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• ✕Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• ✕Spam or distribute unsolicited promotional content.
• ✕Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Rippit reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

Messaging & Communications

By joining the Rippit waitlist or creating an account, you may receive messages from us regarding platform updates, early access invitations, and important announcements.

Intellectual Property

Content you submit to the platform (reviews, posts, etc.) remains yours, but you grant Rippit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the platform.

Rippit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rippit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
