DJ Habibeats is a Palestinian-American DJ and producer who came up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is now based in Los Angeles. He is the founder of Habibi's House, a global-club party that centers Arabic club music alongside African, Brazilian, Caribbean, Indian and Latin sounds, weaving amapiano, afrobeats, baile funk, jersey club, reggaeton and house into percussion-heavy sets where, as the party puts it, nothing is off limits. Habibi's House has grown into a touring franchise, with editions at the Hollywood Palladium, Avalon and Academy in Los Angeles and The Midway in San Francisco, plus a European run with a London stop. He has built a large, fast-growing social audience through live-mixing clips, sample breakdowns and original edits, and is represented by Grass Fed Music. His Webster Hall date is a live Mixmag LAB NYC recording, a marker of how far the global-club sound he champions has traveled.
