Jyoty, born Jyoty Singh in Amsterdam and based in London, is one of the underground's most-loved DJs and radio hosts. She started out working the door at Boiler Room before moving to the decks, and a 2019 Boiler Room London set went viral and cemented her reputation. A long-running Rinse FM host, she is known for eclectic, joyful sets that weave UK garage, grime, and hip-hop through dancehall, Desi and Punjabi club sounds, baile funk, reggaeton, and amapiano. She has recorded for The Lot Radio in New York and shared bills with the likes of Skrillex. Her all-night set at Nowadays gives that genre-spanning approach room to stretch across the full night.
