Brooklyn based vinyl DJ Carole Murray, known as Mr. Murray, draws from a formative five year tenure in the Berlin underground to craft her signature sound. Her sets weave together techno, EBM, electro, trance, and minimal into hypnotic, textured, and emotionally charged soundscapes. As the founder of the Ladies On Wax collective, Outwatch event series, and FTF Records, she actively fosters space for women and gender expansive artists within the vinyl community. She maintains residencies at key New York City venues including Bossa Nova Civic Club and Mansions, while performing internationally across Europe and the Americas. Her commitment to the tactile purity of four turntable mixing defines her approach to the dancefloor.
