About

MYRNE is Manfred Lim, a producer and DJ from Singapore, born in 1995 and classically trained on piano, who began producing in 2012. In 2015 he became the first Asian artist signed to Diplo's Mad Decent after the label found his rework of To U on SoundCloud, and in 2018 he became the first Singaporean act to play Ultra Music Festival in Miami and Tomorrowland in Belgium. Now based in Los Angeles, he has shifted from bass-heavy future pop to melodic house, progressive and trance, heard on singles such as Falling Back (2022), Heal (2024), Let Me In (2026) and Superstition (2026). He plays long-form sets, including five and six hour all-night runs, and has guested on the This Never Happened radio show on SiriusXM Chill. His open-air Closessions set at Corona Heights Park in San Francisco captures the current lane, melodic and uplifting with trance-leaning builds. He matters as a Southeast Asian producer who broke through globally and then rebuilt his sound for the melodic house era.
