Cesar Toribio is a Dominican American DJ, producer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist based in Brooklyn, New York City. Raised in Florida with a background in church music and jazz drumming, he blends deep house, disco, and Afro Latin rhythms into his club sets and original productions. He serves as the bandleader for the live house fusion ensemble Conclave, which released its critically acclaimed debut album on Love Injection Records in 2021. Toribio also runs the event series and record label B.D.A. and hosts a monthly residency on The Lot Radio. His catalog includes releases on The Jazz Diaries and Most Excellent Unltd, alongside remixes from veterans like Louie Vega and Joe Claussell. Bridging live instrumentation with underground dance music, Toribio remains a vital connector of jazz, soul, and club culture in the modern electronic landscape.
