Inside Scoop

Strict door with berlin-esque standards. Dress accordingly, know the DJ playing, and act the part. Not for the faint of heart

About

Serious techno rave; dark, industrial atmosphere, strict door policy.

Basement sits hidden beneath Knockdown Center, a dark, underground haven built for serious techno heads. The space is split into two rooms, both powered by a chest-rattling Funktion-One system, with minimal lighting and zero distractions, it’s all about the music. Marathon sets from top-tier DJs keep the energy relentless, and the pitch-black atmosphere makes it easy to lose track of time. A strictly enforced no-phone and no-photo policy emphasizes a dance-centric environment. It’s the closest thing NYC has to a Berlin-style club, so don’t be surprised if you step outside and realize the sun’s already up.
