Outdoor NYC festival vibes: World-class music in Central Park.

Established in 1986 by the City Parks Foundation, SummerStage operates as an open-air performing arts festival based at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park, New York City. The venue presents a broad, genre-spanning calendar that includes indie rock, global music, hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance. Throughout its history, the stage has hosted notable artists ranging from Herbie Hancock and Patti Smith to FKA Twigs and Buju Banton.
